- Guest List must be submitted no later than 7pm on Thursday evening
- All Guest Lists are valid until 12am only
- Guest list entitles the guest to $5 entry
- Guest List does NOT guarantee entry. Management reserves ALL RIGHTS to refuse entry.
- We can only accept guestlist for people whose names appear on this list, no add ons

Students
The following university clubs and associations are entitled to entry privileges on presentation of their keyring / membership card. If you would like your uni club or association to play regularly @ Billboard Thursdays, then get a committee member / representative to email luke@billboardthevenue.com.au or call 96394000. We can arrange a deal for your club and can also help you with hiring the venue for annual balls and other social functions.

Australian Catholic Uni (ACU) - 1/2 price entry on presentation of 2005 ACU student card
Deakin Accounting & Finance Student Society (DAFSS) - 1/2 price entry on presentation of member keyring
RMIT Business Students Association (RMIT BSA) - 1/2 price entry on presentation of member keyring
Arts Club Monash - 1/2 price entry on presentation of member card
SWINYA Party Card - 1/2 price entry on presentation of Billboard SWINYA party card
